Companies Form Alliance to Jointly Develop Advanced Video Technologies for Use in Healthcare Applications

ALISO VIEJO, CA - Smith Micro Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMSI) announced today that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Eastman Kodak Company. Under the terms of the newly signed three-year agreement, Smith Micro and Kodak's Health Imaging division have agreed to jointly develop advanced video technologies for use in applications for the healthcare industry.
