Aliso Viejo, CA - The Wireless & Broadband Division of Smith Micro Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMSI), a developer and marketer of a wide range of software and service solutions for the Internet market, today announced Audiovox Communications Corporation (ACC) will bundle Smith Micro's QuickLink Mobile 2000 software with the Audiovox Data Accessories Kit for their new cellular phones to enable cell phone users to make wireless PC connections to the Internet. ACC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Audiovox Corporation (Nasdaq: VOXX).

"The inclusion of QuickLink Mobile 2000 in the Audiovox Data Accessory Kit will substantially simplify wireless PC Internet access for Audiovox cell phone consumers throughout the world," said Philip Christopher, President of Audiovox Communications Corporation. QuickLink Mobile 2000 also enables the wireless management of email by allowing the user to see the quantity and size of new messages.

"QuickLink Mobile 2000 is extending mobile office functionality for cell phone users by striving to deliver easy, reliable, wireless Internet connectivity to cell phone users across the globe," commented William W. Smith Jr., president and chief executive officer of Smith Micro Software. "We are pleased by the decision of a leader like Audiovox to bundle our software with their products.
